Zafar Hussain
Executive Director and Board of Directors, ZAFCO Group
Zafar Hussain is an Executive Director of the ZAFCO Group and belongs to the second generation of the family business. He began working with his father and founder of ZAFCO, Mohammed Hussain, in the late 1980’s and since then he has helped grow ZAFCO’s international presence from a small shop in the heart of Dubai to a global operation spanning 80 countries. He currently lives between Miami and Dubai and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Asif Yusufzai
Executive Director and Board of Directors, ZAFCO Group
Asif Yusufzai is an Executive Director of the ZAFCO Group and belongs to the second generation of the family business. With a Finance & Economics degree from the University of Texas, Asif joined ZAFCO in 1992, and grew from managing a small distributions operation in Pakistan to overseeing ZAFCO’s evolution into a global operation. He currently oversees Pakistan, the Americas, and Far East Asia. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.
Prayong Hirunyawanich
Board of Directors, ZAFCO Group
Prayong Hirunyawanich is on the Board of Directors of the ZAFCO Group. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from New York University, Prayong’s past experiences include over 40 years of managerial positions across various industries including the President of TileCera Inc. in Tennessee and the President of the Michelin Siam Group in Thailand. Along with ZAFCO, Prayong is also an Independent Director at Somboon Advance Technology PLC and a member of the Strategic Committee of The Anti-Corruption Organization (Thailand).
Paula Valencia
VP of Sales, Latin America & Mexico
Paula Valencia is the VP of Sales for Latin America at ZAFCO International. She joined ZAFCO in 2006 after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science. She has been working in international sales with multiple companies in the tire industry throughout Latin America, and has most recently started working with local sales in her home state of Florida. After spending more than a decade working for ZAFCO, Paula believes that team work, honesty, passion, and work ethic is a major key for success.
